Thanks so much for the samples that you sent.
It is unfortunate that we now wasted so much money on air freight such
poorly executed samples.
The first samples that you sent us, were perfect and that is what we
planned our collection for. You never stated at that time that you could
not accomplish such beauty.
We know that in China today the glass blowing skills are incredible. It
is amazing to us what has been accomplished as the glass industry in
China has evolved. In fact, when we visited your stand on our last trip
we were very impressed. We loved the hand crafted glass studio and
skilled artisan feeling that you showed and sampled to us.
Today's samples are nothing like what you sold us.
1) FILTHY DIRTY
Please do not tell me that skilled artisans are needed to clean glass.
How can you need filthy dirty glass?
2) RE: ZBZ102-ASST
A) COLORS NOT THE SAME AS SAMPLES. NEEDS TO HAVE THAT BEAUTY
B) FILTHY
C) GLASS QUALITY NOT CLEAR ENOUGH LIKE ORIGINALS. I CAN SEE THIS
ESPECIALLY IN THE CLEAR GLASS WHICH BEFORE WAS CLEAR AND CLEAN AND NOW
IS YELLOW AND APPEARS TO BE RECYCLED OR MIXED WITH SOME OTHER COLOR BY
MISTAKE
B) TOPS NOT FLAT AND NOT CONSISTENT ENOUGH
3) ZBZ101-ASST
a) Size and shape much different than original
b) FILTHY
C) Your new samples today are skinny and hungry and sad. Original was
fat and happy!!!!
D) Opening on original grounded carefully like an artist

a) Filthy
We have been buying glass in China for over 20 years. We understand
fully what you say about a skilled worker vs a non skilled worker. But
remember that an unskilled worker can clean the glass!!!! In addition,
you are selling art glass not mass production glass. Therefore you need
to have the skilled workers shown and taught what to do. I am guessing
they were not.
